Are you shipping currently?

Yes, we have resumed our operations and are delivering pan India. If your area is under contamination or lockdown, then delivery will be affected.

 

Are you taking all Covid 19 Safety & Measures while manufacturing and packing?

Yes, We are taking all precautionary measures to fight the COVID-19 battle. We request all our customers to pay online for a No-contact delivery. Therefore, we are offering discounts for all online payments also.

What are the available modes of payment?

We accept the following for domestic order:
Debit/Credit cards, PayTM, PhonePe, Google Pay, any UPI, Net Banking, and all other popular wallets.

 

Money is deducted from account but I have not received the order confirmation email or message!

How can I check my order status?

What is your return policy?

We have 7 days NO QUESTIONS ASKED return policy. You can simply WhatsApp or email us to inform.

Your order will be picked up in 2-3 days from delivery location. You will get your full amount paid on the same day, once the order is delivered here back.

 

Can I place a bulk order?

Yes, we request you to get in touch with our Customer Delight Team for more information on trade discounts.

 

Do you have cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, You can easily place your order and pay cash on delivery to the delivery boy when your product reaches to you.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Kindly inform us immediately as you decide to cancel an order because once dispatched from our warehouse will not be cancelled. Although you can refuse to take or return it to us but that will cost us Rs. 150. So we request you if you wish to cancel an order please message us on WhatsApp with order number.

 

What is your delivery timeline?

Our ideal delivery timeline is 4-7 working days in India.
